WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?We at Lilith & Jane want you to be happy with your purchase. We are proud to bring you creative designs for your self-expression and enjoyment. Our items are made to order and, therefore, not eligible for return. However, if there is a defect in material or craftsmanship, please contact us at admin@lilithandjane.com so we can make it right for you. To ensure you have the best and most successful shopping experience, please: 1) Use the size charts in the photos of each garment to ensure you order the correct size 2) Double-check your shipping address to avoid issues with delivery 3) If you have any questions or concerns, first please contact us at admin@lilithandjane.com so we can help.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?Because your order is produced on demand (i.e., when you order), it will take a few days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed for shipping. Current shipping times depend on where in the U.S. you live and what you've ordered, but on the average, they run between 7 to 14 days. Also, please keep in mind that your order may arrive in parts, meaning that some items you ordered may arrive separately, before or after the rest of your order. We don't ship as quickly as Amazon, but you're not going to find these designs on Amazon, either. We're worth the wait!

WHAT IS PRINT ON DEMAND?Print on demand means we put your order into production when you order it, in the size, color, and style you want--to your precise specifications. It takes us a bit longer to get your items to you, but they're worth the wait. Give us a little patience, and we will make you happy.
